Moi RobinsonUpdated Tuesday August 15, 2017 by Lori Miller.
Houston Homeschool Athletics is thankful to have Moi Robinson as one of our track and field coaches. Moi is married to Dante Robinson and a mother of four girls and two boys. She is also the grandmother of a beautiful eleven year old granddaughter.
Moi began her love for track in high school and has enjoyed helping other kids in the sport as an adult. Moi ran a USATF Youth Track Club as well as managed a team for Track Houston Youth Track while helping with coaching.
Moi describes herself as very driven and competitive. She is extremely family oriented and loves spending quality time with family and friends and helping others.
Moi’s Philosophy: “I am a strong believer that if you have knowledge you should share it with those who do not. Playing any type of sport as a child not only builds one’s character and self-esteem, but it also gives a sense of accomplishment. It also prepares our children for life, teaching them how to work together as a team or even being a team player, not as an individual. Playing sports can also bring a child out of his/her comfort zone.”
After working with HHA during the 2017 Track Season, Moi expressed that she “really enjoyed working with homeschool athletes because of their dedication, work ethics and mannerism.”
