RUN, BABY, RUN!! Come out each Saturday for a run and some fun.
Who: Runners who want to get a jump start on training for the fall cross country season.
What: A longer run of 3-8 miles (varying with experience) to help runners build their endurance before practice starts at the end of July.
When: Every Saturday, 7:30-8:30 am starting June 1 until the start of XC practices
Where: Various trails in The Woodlands/Conroe area (Lone Star College, Jones State Forest, Bear Branch Park, etc.)
How: The runs will be supervised by myself, Coach Reeves or another parent. The program is absolutely FREE! Just show up ready to run!
Why: Long runs are essential to building an effective base of endurance for cross country. The more people that come to these runs, the better our team will do in the fall.
